America West Flight 564
An America West B-757 airliner saw a UFO which had flashing lights along it. The plane was at 39,000 feet up in the air when it encountered the UFO. John J. Waller and a flight attendent saw a row of lights which continuely flashed from left to right. John then made radio contact with FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center. They could not find anything in the sky at the time he called. Thunderstorms began to develop and now they could that the object was cigar shaped. One of the controllers called the North American Air Defence Commmand, and they were told that they were tracking a unidentified object. Then it was found out that it was a small plane.

What are the beliefs of ghosts in different cultures
This question will investigate the traditional belief of what a ghost is and the history of ghosts through the ages.
The traditional belief of what a ghost is is that it is a spirit or a soul of a person/animal that is deceased. They can appear in many different ways such as being invisible, wispy like shapes, translucent to being realistic. Some people purposely try to call the spirit of a dead person which, is known to be necromancy. Lots of people believe in this stuff which goes back over to Ancient Egypt times. Ghosts pretty much haunt a specific place or thing. There also are stories of ghosts trains, ships, animals and armies of ghosts.
Ghost stories date back over to Ancient Egypt times to now. Ancient Egyptians believed in ghosts and often recorded their beliefs on tomb paintings and scrolls.
There are biblical references to ghosts referring them to forbidden cult stuff. One example of this is that in the Book of Samael some guy disguised as King Saul makes some person called Witch of Endor summon, ghost/spirit of Samuel. Another example is Jesus has to persuade the Disciples that he is not some ghost person who, has been reserected from the dead. Certain versions of the bible used the word ghost, when Jesus' followers thought he was a ghost when he walked on water.
In Greece ghosts appeared in Homers poems Odyssey and the Iliad. In it they vanished like vapour. The ghosts didn't have much interaction with people. From time to time people called them to give prophecy or advice, people were not to scared of them. They appeared to be walking around with the injuries that killed them.
The Ancient Romans thought that they could use a ghost to take revenge of someone, by scratching pottery or lead and putting it into a grave. A account of a ghost then is a ghost that was Chained up. Once the skeleton was given a proper burial the haunting s stopped.

How to tell if your house is haunted
Signs of telling if your house is haunted
The first thing to do is to see if your house has any of these strange phenomena.
List of phenomena
*Cabinets, doors, and cupboards opening and closing by themselves. these phenomena are not usually seen in front of someones eyes. Most people hear the distinct sound of doors opening and closing, or someone will return to a room and see the door is opened or closed depending on what is was when the person last saw it.
*Unexplained noises- footsteps, knocks, scratching sounds or banging s caused by something being dropped or slammed.
*Lights turning on and off- these phenomena can be seen occurring, though the person remembers that is was not left that way. Can happen with radios, televisions or any other electronic items.
*Items disappearing and reappearing- this has been called the DOPLER EFFECT= disappearing object phenomena. It is when someone aren't able to find a item when you placed it where you usually do. You then go looking everywhere for it and later you find it in the spot where you put them. They can disappear for weeks.
*Unexplained shadows- seeing moving shadows mostly seen out of the corner of the eye. This has been discussed in some detail and is called the Shadow People.
Stronger Evidence-
*Feeling of being touched- some people feel someone is touching them and a gentle poke, push or nudge.
*Cries and whispers- there is muffled whispering and crying. There names being said, or hearing music from somewhere.
*Cold, hot spots- Rooms being warm but in a certain spot the temperature goes down dramatically.
*Unexplained smells- smell of a perfume you don't use in the home and things that can accompany it are voices, shadows and foul odours.

Haunted Objects
This is my first post and I am going to be talking about haunted objects. There's one object that really got my attention which is a painting of a crying boy. Around 1885 fires stated all around England. After the debris and stuff was all taken away there was only one thing left except for the debris, was the painting of the crying boy. That's pretty strange, but it gets even stranger. There was more of these paintings around at the time and it seemed that the other paintings, had the curse as well. Calls started to come in from the area to newspaper. One call was of a person who said that after they bought the painting, six months later their house was completely burned to the ground. The painting of the crying boy was the only painting that had survived the fire. 40-50 of the same case happened all at the same time. People say the picture was painted by a artist who was Spanish and the boy and the artist was killed. That's the end of my post and I will post some other stuff later.
